1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any service provided under the vcity888 domain, you hereby agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Acceptance of these terms takes effect when you:

2. Member Eligibility

Each vcity888 member is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation of these terms.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide personal information that is accurate, complete and up to date;
• Use the name that matches your MyKad or valid passport;
• Submit identity verification documents when requested by vcity888;
• Keep your account password confidential and not share it with anyone;
• Notify vcity888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

vcity888 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to keep their password secure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vcity888 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

General transaction terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM30;
• Minimum withdrawal for all payment methods: RM100;
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used;
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

vcity888 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a transaction before approving any withdrawal. This process is part of the anti-money laundering (AML) measures practised by our platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

vcity888 offers a range of bonus offers for new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific terms displayed alongside it. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to RM1,500 with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount;
• For example: a deposit of RM100 receives a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM3,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may not be used for excluded bet types unless stated otherwise;
• vcity888 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.

The vcity888 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, with weekly cashback of up to 1.2% for the Diamond tier. VIP membership is determined by a member's playing activity over time.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the vcity888 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting and esports — operate using independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.

Members agree that:

• Game results are final and may not be disputed on the grounds that the outcome did not favour the member;
• Any technical disruption that prevents a game from being completed will be handled in accordance with the platform policy in effect at the time of the incident;
• The use of software or automated methods to exploit the platform is prohibited and may result in account suspension;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.

7. Member Conduct

All vcity888 members are required to behave respectfully and responsibly. The following are prohibited on our platform:

• Making any threats or impersonating others toward staff or fellow members;
• Posting unlawful, obscene or defamatory content on any communication channel of the platform;
• Cooperating with other members to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system;

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vcity888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse;
• Failure to submit requested verification documents within the specified timeframe;
• A request from a competent authority;
• An account closure request by the member themselves for responsible gambling reasons.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the funds held will be frozen until the investigation is complete. Legitimate funds will be returned to the member once the verification process is concluded.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. This includes a self-exclusion option for members who wish to take a break from gambling activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

vcity888 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. The platform does not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times. vcity888 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling decisions;
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform;
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages or third-party failures;
• Data loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's own negligence.

In all circumstances, vcity888's liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms

vcity888 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from members. Any amendments will:

• Be published on this page with a new effective date;
• Take effect immediately upon publication, unless stated otherwise;
• Be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email for changes considered material.

Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published means you accept and agree to the updated version of the terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

11. Governing Law
